Conversational Hypnosis Sleep Myth
There are too many myths about conversational hypnosis and hypnosis in general, the biggest one is that hypnosis is mind control, but it’s so far from being mind control as we know it, another myth about conversational hypnosis and hypnosis says that hypnosis is like sleep and the doctor talks to you when you are a sleep in order to use the conversational hypnosis.
Actually the Power of conversational hypnosis covers that issue fully, but I’ll explain it shortly in this post about this Sleep Myth that has been around for too long.
When you sleep you are “not here”, you are not aware to what is going on, and you get your awareness only before you wake up and sometimes when you dream, but most of the time you spend sleeping you are not aware to the environment around you.
When you are under hypnosis you are not awake as you are when you walk in your everyday life, but you are not fully a sleep as well, it’s somewhere in the middle, and when you deep under conversational hypnosis you actually become very aware to sounds and feelings.
That is why the suggestion are very effective at this point, so as we can see conversational hypnosis is not putting someone to a deep sleep, If you want to know more get a copy of the Power of conversational hypnosis program.
